I strive to ensure your satisfaction during your visit. If, for any reason, you’re not entirely content with your experience, please don’t hesitate to inform me either during your appointment or within 48 hours following your visit.

All services are non-refundable. However, if you are dissatisfied with my service you have 48 hours to contact me.

I recognize that unexpected situations can arise, and if you find yourself in a situation where you need to modify or cancel your appointment with me, I kindly request that you inform me at least 24 hours in advance. This request comes from a desire to show consideration for both me and my clients. By doing so, you provide me with sufficient time to accommodate other clients in case you need to make changes to your service schedule.

I want to emphasize that if you miss a scheduled appointment with no prior cancellation, there will be a no-show fee applied. Such reservations that result in a no-show will incur a charge equal to 100% of the total service cost, and the possibility that you may be restricted from scheduling future services.

I kindly request that you show consideration for your stylist and fellow salon patrons. If you happen to arrive more than 30 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, we may need to reschedule your visit and apply a late fee to the services you were originally booked for, as this would be treated as a no-show.

Children are welcome! I kindly ask that parents ensure their little ones respect the salon’s environment and the peaceful experience of our other guests.
